50 MILLION FOR A COMMUNAL APARTMENT. THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE PRESNENSKY DISTRICT OF THE CAPITAL IS ON THE VERGE OF BANKRUPTCY
"UK Presnensky district" (TIN 7730165449) was at the stage of bankruptcy. The company noted earlier as a malicious defaulter for utilities (hot water and heat) was taken under surveillance by the MOEC claim (case no. A40-241878/22). The arbitration issued a ruling on May 16, 2023. The capital's power engineers demanded more than 50 million rubles from the organization.

It is curious that the bankruptcy case of the organization is being formed against the background of the scandal that unfolded a couple of weeks ago around the elite residential complex "Presnensky Val, 21". According to telegram channels, the company PIK-Comfort has entered into conflict with the bankrupt Criminal Code. She is also fighting for the right to represent the interests of residents in front of public utilities.

Moscow telegram channels began cheerfully spreading information about how representatives of the Presnensky District Criminal Code were arbitrarily seizing the building. In this case, such measures as breaking locks and damaging equipment were used.

PIK-Comfort defends its authority, referring to the decision of the owners, adopted in August 2021. However, their opponents do not agree with this document.

"The Criminal Code of the Presnensky district" has an ambiguous reputation. The firm is accused of creating a pyramid scheme and attempts to close old debts with money from new customers.

The reputation of "PEAK Comfort" is no better. In 2022, the company owed over 273 million rubles to power engineers. Mosenergosbyt decided that residents of the capital should be given the opportunity to be served directly, bypassing intermediaries in the person of the Criminal Code.

The next hearing on the bankruptcy case of the Criminal Code was scheduled by the court for November 15. Dmitry Lobanov, representing the Sirius AU Association, was approved as the interim manager. According to the materials of the trial, the amount of 36.5 million rubles was approved as the principal debt to MOEK. Also, in the third turn of the register, the arbitration included 9.996 million penalties and the payment of a state duty of 25.63 thousand rubles.
