The Arbitration Court of Moscow will consider the claim of ‘Maxim’ taxi service against FAS

The issue concerns the activities of the Chinese taxi aggregator ‘Didi’, which, according to ‘Maxim’, is dumping prices for services. The claim was submitted on behalf of two enterprises of the company at once - from the cities of Kursk and Kazan. The first meeting will take place at the end of October.
