Large-scale employee shortage recorded in Russia

The regions experiencing the maximum deficit are Moscow and the region, as well as Tatarstan, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk and Primorsky regions, Rostov, Irkutsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions.
