International Court of Justice: there is a solution, but there is no enforcement mechanism

On March 16, the International Court of Justice in Hague issued a decision to immediately stop the military operation in Ukraine. The verdict was passed on a Ukrainian lawsuit alleging Russia's violation of the 1948 Convention on "genocide" (both countries acceded to the convention in 1954).
