Government agencies may be obliged to create profiles in social networks

... organization is not enough - citizens use other means of communication, and social networks are the most popular of them. It is planned to involve the Ministry of Digital Transformation in the project in order to develop a system for automatic management of social networks based on the State Services. The author of the idea, Alexander Khishtein, believes that the bill will reduce the distance between the authorities and the people, helping the latter to communicate with government agencies in a more accessible way.
