THE FORMER BENEFICIARY OF MOSURALBANK WENT BANKRUPT

Vadim Litvinov, the ex-beneficiary of Mosuralbank, was declared bankrupt in court. A sale procedure has been introduced with respect to his property (case No. 103538/2022). Litvinov was previously held vicariously liable for the debts of Mosuralbank at the request of the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) (case no. A40-163705/2018).
