On August 16, the AC of Tatarstan made a similar decision regarding Marat Sabirov (case no. A65-30169/2022). His debt to creditors is 89.87 million. At the same time, Sabirov himself is presumably located outside the Russian Federation. Two other co–founders of Finiko, Edward Sabirov and Zygmunt Zygmuntovich, also went on the run.
