"METAKA" AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX ENTERED BANKRUPTCY

A monitoring procedure was introduced at the Voronezh agricultural complex “Metaka” (case No. A14-663/2022). Such a decision was made by the arbitration of the Voronezh region after the suit of the “Forseti” company. The application was submitted in January 2022. The court appointed Aleksey Kovriga, who represents NGO “Dostoyanie” as bankruptcy trustee. "Forseti" law firm received the right to claim for recovery of 347.9 thousand rubles from the Novgorod company "Progress". The debt of the agricultural holding declared in court amounted to 357.82 thousand rubles....
