The oldest medical fund of St. Petersburg received a bankruptcy lawsuit

Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Federal Tax Service No. 16 in St. Petersburg applied to the arbitration court with a statement on the insolvency of the ‘Happy Child’ Children's Health Revival Fund (CHRF). The lawsuit was filed on March 6, 2022, a few days before the moratorium on filing bankruptcy claims introduced by the tax authorities came into force.
