The State Duma received a proposal to provide a 50% discount on public transport fare to Russians who got vaccinated against Covid-19. The initiative will be considered by the Ministry of Labor. According to RT, a representative of the State Duma Vasily Vlasov came up with the idea - a letter with a proposal was sent to the Minister of Labor Anton Kotyakov.
