THE STATE DUMA HAS ADOPTED A LAW ON THE TAX ON CRYPTOCURRENCY
... for taxation. Residents are required to inform about transactions with digital currency if the amount of receipts or write-offs for the year is more than 600,000 rubles. The author of the bill is the Ministry of Finance. The draft was submitted to the State Duma four years ago. The explanatory note to the law notes that today cryptocurrency is often used for tax evasion, as well as the legalization of financial resources. The adoption of the bill will help to combat such offenses.
