GIRLS OF LENINGRAD REGION WERE OFFERED TO SEND FORMER BOYFRIENDS TO THE ARMY

On the eve of International Women's Day, the Leningrad Region military registration and enlistment office made an unusual proposal.  Colonel Khromov, speaking with congratulations on the upcoming holiday, advised the girls to share links to the profiles of their former boyfriends in the comments.

The colonel assured that after that the guys would be taken to the recruiting stations. In his speech, Khromov stressed that a real man must have a military service record book. He also wished the girls to have real defenders of Motherland and themselves beside them.

The initiative was met with controversy. Some of the girls responded and sent links to the profiles, and they were even joined by the guys who also sent the links. Others were surprised at this idea and suggested that the military registration and enlistment office first improve their work.

Military conscription will begin in less than a month - the military registration and enlistment offices have not much time left to search for conscripts.

However, such an unusual congratulation was not the only one this year. The day before, it became known about an unexpected marketing move by the Tyumen car wash. Its owner initiated the action, promising discounts to women who come to the car wash in a mini-skirt. But the initiative was not approved, as the idea was considered sexism.
