THE TAX AUTHORITIES WILL BANKRUPT THE STRUCTURE OF THE DEVELOPER FROM ST. PETERSBURG
On June 2, 2024, the arbitration court in St. Petersburg received a statement of claim from the tax authorities (FTS No. 16). In it, representatives of the fiscal department demanded that the company "Basis", which is owned by SZ SPB Srednerogatskaya (Seven Suns Development structure), be declared insolvent. Representatives of the Federal Tax Service demand about 115 million rubles from the defendant (case no. A56-61356/2024).
The main part of the shares of the latter (more than 99%) belongs to Seven Suns Development SPb South. Rusbankrot reported on the arrest of the owner of this organization, Alexei Ryzhkov, in April 2024.
The businessman is suspected of criminally raising funds from shareholders. According to the prosecutors, the entrepreneur violated the requirements of the law during the construction of the residential complex (part 2 of Article 200.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). His term in jail was extended until July 28, 2024. At the same time, as the Delovoy Peterburg newspaper notes, some of the staff in Seven Suns organizations have already left.
Previously, Seven Suns has repeatedly been included in the scandalous agenda. The construction project in Sestroretsk has already caused multiple lawsuits in arbitration courts, which have been ongoing in recent years. Plans related to the construction of the Shuvalovsky Forest Park turned out to be no less controversial.
