THEY WANT TO BANKRUPT THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF THE FORMER CANDIDATE FOR GOVERNOR OF PRIMORYE
On October 22, 2024, the Primorsky arbitration received a claim from the tax authorities (MI FTS No. 13), who demanded to recognize the insolvency of a specialized developer. Aurora-Stroy (case no. A51-20280/2024). The company is considered to be controlled by the ex-candidate for governor from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Andrei Ishchenko. The amount of claims from the fiscal authority is not yet known. The claim itself has not yet been accepted for consideration.

In August 2022, Rusbankrot already covered the story related to the activities of Ishchenko and his company. At that time, the public law company FRT initiated bankruptcy, which in March demanded about 10 million rubles. Before that, a sluggish attempt to bankrupt the company was made by the tax authorities, who put forward a demand for 1.3 million rubles. However, a significant part of the amount was eventually paid, and the co-defendant in the case (Bor firm) withdrew his application.

Ishchenko himself, who was almost elected head of the region in 2018, turned out to be accused in a fraud case. The investigation was launched in the summer of 2021. The ex-candidate for governor was accused of embezzling money that citizens invested in housing construction in the amount of about 105 million.

In 2023, Ishchenko was sentenced to 6 years in prison and fined 400 thousand. The Pervomaisky court found proven the guilt of the ex-politician in fraud with the funds of defrauded shareholders. The amount of damage was estimated at 380 million.
