THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE HAS STARTED CHECKING THE PVZ OF MARKETPLACES
The Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia has begun inspections of the PVZ of large marketplaces, such as Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex, after the end of the moratorium on routine inspections of small businesses. The portal writes about this Oborot.ru .

The measures became possible after the end of the moratorium on routine inspections of small businesses, which include pick-up points.

According to the portal, tax inspectors are now actively looking for facts of informal employment, the practice of paying salaries in the "black" and non-compliance with obligations to public funds. During the inspections, a detailed analysis of the availability of employment contracts, documents in the form of 6-personal income tax, bank withdrawals and contracts with landlords will be carried out.

Among the typical offenses that are often identified during such inspections, one can single out the absence of employment contracts or their execution with various violations, as well as cases of delays in salary payments. Administrative orders are usually served to the owners of the pick-up point, but failure to comply with these requirements can lead to serious consequences, including fines and criminal charges. For legal entities, fines for the presence of unformed employees can reach 300 thousand rubles.
