FARMS OF THE AGROHOLDING IN THE SVERDLOVSK REGION HAVE FOUND A NEW OWNER
In the Sverdlovsk region, the process of transferring the property assets of two enterprises that were previously part of the Perm agroholding Ashatli has been completed. The buyer was MPK-Artie.
The dairy production complex acquired cattle, machinery and real estate from the companies "Mountains" and "Niva". According to a source in Kommersant, the interests of a well-known Ural businessman, Malik Gaisin, may be behind this deal. His structures had previously shown interest in Ashatli's assets. But experts point out that the fragmented sale of the holding's assets to different owners may create difficulties for their further use.
MPK-Artie is engaged in mixed agriculture, dairy production, and grain cultivation. The company, headed by entrepreneur Ksenia Malmygina, earned 89 million in 2023, while generating 6.3 million in profit.
The company bought 500 head of cattle from the company "Mountains". Their cost cost the buyer 32.7 million. Also, a production facility (217.4 square meters) was purchased for less than 175 thousand. The new owner received tractors, storage facilities and other facilities in the village of Aspa from the Niva company. At the same time, 1024 heads of cattle from Niva went to another company, the Udmurt Agrotorg. Land plots related to farms remain outside the transaction for the time being.
In 2024, SverdlovskDorStroy, partially affiliated with Malik Gaisin, acquired more than 1 thousand hectares of land from another holding company (Zhemchuzhina). Sources believe that the current acquirer of assets might not have used the right to purchase land for purchased cattle. In this case, he will need to transport them. It is possible that there will be a need to lease land from SverdlovskDorStroy, which may complicate the management of the farm. According to experts, such transactions are fraught with production stoppage.: the new owner, without agreeing on the lease of the land, will be forced to send the cattle for slaughter.
Malik Gaisin is a very prominent figure in the Urals. At the end of the last century, he was a major entrepreneur who owned enterprises in the Kama region. He was elected to the State Duma and participated in regional elections. Now the businessman is under investigation in a case related to the theft of property. The court seized a number of enterprises from him, obliging him to compensate for losses of 690 million.
