THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE HAS PROPOSED A NEW SCHEME OF INTERACTION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND BUSINESS
The Ministry of Finance has taken the initiative to transfer the interaction of government agencies and business to the portal of public services, it is about all official requests of the state and answers to them. The new scheme is aimed at approval by business associations: Delovaya Rossiya, Opora Rossii and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The relevant information about the proposed initiative was confirmed by the Ministry of Finance to Vedomosti.
The proposed mechanism will help to avoid duplication of information when requesting government
agencies from businesses. At the moment, a pre-design study of such a scheme is underway.
The new algorithm provides for the following sequence of actions: a request from government agencies will be created in your personal account using a template from a special questionnaire, and all data and responses from business representatives will be stored on the Gostech platform in a special repository. If the repository already has a report on the provision of such information, it will be automatically uploaded to respond to the request as part of the "data reuse". If the information has not been requested before, the company will receive a notification that they need to be provided.
Experts believe that the proposed mechanism will help streamline the interaction of government departments and companies. However, it is noted that there is a risk of failures in the operation of the public services portal with a large one-time workload on the part of users.
