On April 8, 2024, the arbitration of the KhMAO declared the Megionnefteprodukt company bankrupt. For about a year, the company was involved in litigation, but was unable to get out of a difficult financial situation (case no.A75-11295/2023). Since October 26, 2023, the company owned by Evgeny Ageikin has been under surveillance. The role of interim manager was assigned to Sergey Yan, representing the Self-regulating Organization of Arbitration Managers "Razvitie".

As reported by muksun.fm The business owner used to be on good terms with the late ex-mayor of Megion. This did not help the entrepreneur to win a lawsuit with Logistician Oil, initiated in June last year (case no. A45-17655/2023). On October 17, 2023, the arbitration satisfied the claim from the company, collecting over 308 million rubles from Megionnefteprodukt.

In the past, the company was one of the leading fuel suppliers in the region. According to data for 2022, the organization's revenue amounted to 417 million rubles, a decrease of 89% compared to the previous year. At the same time, the company's net profit decreased by only 3%, amounting to 8.2 million. However, in 2023, the organization was involved in numerous court proceedings, acting in 11 trials as a plaintiff (worth over 1.3 billion), and in 8 cases as a defendant (totaling 900 million).

According to court materials, by the beginning of 2023, the company had assets worth 1.29 billion rubles on its balance sheet. However, as it was noted by the manager, the main part of the estate (about 80%) was accounts receivable, which cannot be recovered. The organization does not have any real estate, as evidenced by the data received from the registration authorities.

During the bankruptcy process, claims in the amount of more than 182.39 million were included in the register of creditors. The manager also managed to find several transactions in which sums of money were transferred to the accounts of affiliated structures.

The company Avia Special Service tried to prevent the organization from being declared bankrupt. She tried to appeal the court's act on the introduction of a surveillance procedure. The firm also appealed to the 8th Arbitration Court of Appeal, asking to restore the procedural period and take interim measures. The court plans to consider this application at the end of May 2024.
