A COMPANY WITH A FOREIGN CO-FOUNDER WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT IN THE OMSK REGION
On April 2, 2024, the Omsk Arbitration Court decided on the insolvency of Soyuznedra (case No. A46-15962/2023). The court approved Roman Legotkin, representing the Siberian Guild of Anti-Crisis Managers, for the role of bankruptcy trustee. The court plans to hear his report on September 26, 2024.

The company was registered in the village of Chernoluchye (Omsk district) in July 2019. The organization specialized in mineral exploration and the provision of freight transport for rent and leasing.

The main owner of the company with a 52% stake is an offshore company from Hong Kong. The head of the company, Muscovite Andrey Bocharov, owns 32% of the company's authorized capital. Another 16% is assigned to Omsk Artemiy Alimov, who controls several trading companies.

Attempts to declare Soyuznedra bankrupt were made back in 2022. The fiscal authorities appealed to the court, but they could not initiate a lawsuit. Later, the capital's StroyProektAvangard company managed to do this, demanding debt collection in the amount of 20.1 million (the main debt is 19 million). In November 2023, the defendant was placed under surveillance.

According to the financial statements, the company has been generating losses in recent years. In 2023, their amount exceeded 98 million. At the same time, according to the Federal Tax Service, by the beginning of 2024, only its head remained in the organization. Despite this, a bankrupt company with a foreign founder has a license to develop mineral resources, including the search for minerals. The license is valid until 2025.

Earlier, Rusbankrot had already written about the Yugrazoloto gold mining company, which was declared insolvent by the Tyumen arbitration (case No. A70-3194/2023). In 2017, the company reissued the license for gold mining at the Halmeryinsky site to the Gold Halmeryu company, which it had previously founded. In 2022, the tax authorities launched a bankruptcy process against her in a lawsuit filed at the end of 2021. At the same time, Omsk Soyuznedra was officially listed as the owner of Gold Halmeryu.
